EMSEC (Engineered Machine Safety & Exposure Control)
Dear Reader,
Today me going to share EMSEC safety with you.Now a day all automotive multinational company or production company or automobile company must required safety and environmental conditions fulfilled before start production on machine.
Because Spare parts for human bodies are still far less reliable then the original ones and moreover, do not have the same efficiency. Not to forget the social and personal effects of an accident to someone’s life. Hence, most of all valuable company have the ethical obligation to protect them employees from suffering an accident during their career at them company.
Since many countries are gradually standardizing the requirements for safe working conditions, not only for equipment but also for workplace exposure, it will only be a matter of time until we will see similar legislation becoming applicable in all regions of the globe. As a company, people also have the duty of care to protect them employees to the best they can. Legal obligations are only a minimum to comply with and where ever possible, they should strive for the best protection available for the conditions related to the workplace and equipment use.
By imposing the use of (selected) approved safety components - but also expecting safety systems to be designed as an integrated part of an efficient production machine to provide a safe working environment for its employees. The cost of such safety system is defined by the cost of components, the complexity of the machine and it's potential for causing injuries, the methodology on how the operator interacts with the machine and certainly also the material flow around the machine.
The higher the integration of safety into a well engineered process, the lower the cost for an equal level of protection. Hence why this process called "Engineered Machine Safety & Exposure Control".
